This balance will help you explore both sides of your self-care needs, from lighthearted fun to deeper reflection.
Day 10: Play vs. Presence
Gremlin Choice:
Break Something (Safely!) Channel some playful chaos. Break a piece of junk you’ve been meaning to throw away or pop bubble wrap for stress relief. Embrace destruction in a fun, harmless way.
Higher Self Choice:
Mindful Presence Spend 10 minutes in quiet mindfulness. Focus on your breathing, your surroundings, or the sensations in your body. Let yourself be fully present and at peace.
