Day 22: Cultivate Joy
Gremlin Choice:
Mini Joy Hunt: Hunt for small things that spark joy — a cozy blanket, a funny meme, or a yummy snack. Gather them up, and create a little “joy space” for yourself.
Higher Self Choice:
Savor Joy Mindfully - Choose one small activity that brings you joy, like drinking tea or listening to music. Do it with complete attention, savoring each moment.
Gratitude & Connection-Focused Self-Care
For the last part of November let’s weave in some gratitude and connection elements for those last 15 days to help create a richer sense of self and deeper bonds with others.

Gratitude Breathing Exercise
With each inhale, think of something you’re grateful for. With each exhale, release any tension or worry. Try this for five minutes to calm and connect.
