Day 26 - Self-Care Choose Your Own Adventure Now with Extra Love!

How It Works




30-Day "Choose Your Own Adventure" Self-Care Challenge where each day you choose between nurturing your inner Gremlin (embracing chaos, fun, and breaking rules) and being your Higher Self (grounded, nurturing, and wise).


This balance will help you explore both sides of your self-care needs, from lighthearted fun to deeper reflection.


Day 26:

Mindful Breathing

Gremlin Choice: 

Pretend You’re a Balloon: Take five big breaths, imagining yourself



and then deflating. Make it as silly as possible, enjoying each breath.


Higher Self Choice: 

10-Minute Breathing Meditation: Sit quietly and focus on your breath for 10 minutes. Let each inhale and exhale center and calm you, grounding you in the present moment.


Gratitude & Connection-Focused Self-Care


For the last part of November let’s weave in some gratitude and connection elements for those last 15 days to help create a richer sense of self and deeper bonds with others.


Day 26:

Puppy that is filled with gratitude

Acts of Service

Do something thoughtful for someone without telling them (like leaving a kind note, a treat, or an anonymous gift). Reflect on how it feels to offer kindness without needing recognition.


I love that this is unlike the previous relay one that we did before. An act of kindness where we don't tell someone! Incognito Kindness!
